Accidental Death and Dismemberment Insurance
- You will be protected with $10,000 in Accidental Death and Dismemberment Insurance 24-hours a day. A service charge will be charged each statement cycle for this feature. The amount of this fee is dependent on the accidental death policy which applies:
- $10,000.00 plan - $7.00 service charge
- $30,000.00 plan - $9.00 service charge

- If you have a family or simply want the added security of increased protection, we recommend the Family Plan:
- $20,000 coverage for members
- $10,000 coverage for your spouse (If no spouse, coverage applies to members.)
